These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hello Beg app and website (the "Platform"), operated by Hello Beg Trading share company ("Hello Beg", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
Hello Beg sells sheep, livestock, and related goods directly to customers through the Platform. Orders placed through the Platform are fulfilled by Hello Beg and delivered by our own delivery personnel or delivery partners engaged on our behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
Delivery times provided on the Platform are estimates and are not guaranteed. Hello Beg is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Platform, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or copy content without permission, or to abuse promotions, discounts, or referral programs.
If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content through the Platform, you grant Hello Beg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hello Beg's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (such as death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim before the appropriate consumer protection authority or court in Ethiopia.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
